Information We Collect
Radiant Instruments collects the mobile number you provide when you join the Radiant Microwave waitlist. We also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and SMS reply metadata needed to operate the waitlist and prevent abuse.
Website Analytics
We use first-party website analytics to understand traffic sources, page views, approximate time on pages, demo video play and watch-time signals, share links, QR-code referrals, waitlist signups, and future purchase conversion attribution if ordering is added. Analytics events use browser-generated visitor and session identifiers plus campaign or share codes; signup conversion rows are stored separately without those browser identifiers. Website QR and share analytics do not include form text, mobile numbers, raw referrer URLs, raw browser user-agent strings, food cooked, cook times, thermal images, camera frames, kitchen occupancy, home location, unit serial numbers, scanner identity, or raw video URLs.
How We Use It
We use your mobile number to send waitlist updates, order-opening notices, opt-out confirmations, and support responses related to Radiant Microwave. Message frequency varies.
SMS Privacy
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers, including SMS delivery providers, only to operate Radiant Instruments messaging and customer systems.
Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact [email protected].
Retention
We keep waitlist records and lightweight interaction history as long as needed to operate the waitlist, honor opt-outs, support customers, and maintain business records.
